With only two competitors form the club travelling this year, we had great hopes for them, and we were not disappointed. Laetitia Goodchild riding Crimson Blue Max took part in the Junior competition. They did a very good dressage and jumped a double clear. They took all the direct routes XC and just collected 4 TP and finished overall in 7th place. This was an excellent result for her.

 

Julia List riding Bedingfield Mercury took part in the Open competition. This year he course was as challenging as ever and included several jumps that had previously been in the Special Open. Julia and Freddie rose to the occasion doing a good dressage followed by just one glance off across country. They also collected a few TP. On the last day they remained in 11th place after just one SJ down. This was an excellent result for her, well done!

A big thank you to those who came to support us, Laetiia's mum, Sabina, and her cousin Mimi. Jane and Pat Craige, whose help in the 10 minute box was great.
