SHOW JUMPING

Unfortunately we had to withdraw the Novice team but the Intermediate and Open teams all rode extremely well.

In the Intermediate team there was Emily Harvey on Don't be late, Kirsty Dawes on Lucky Royal, Rosie Stevens on Gracie and Krystina Fish on Lazulie. First to go was Emily and she was rather nervous and had a couple of fences down, Kirsty and Rosie went clear but unfortunately Krystina rolled a pole. Second round all went much better finishing on a total of 20 faults and they finally came 4th.

In the open team we had James Smith and Joseph, Julia Smith on Hot Prospect, Maria Adlam on Butlers Boy and Emily Harvey on Black and White Minstrel. They all jumped with determination as there were only two teams and we had all to play for but the other team from Tendering were stronger and beat us, but Maria did a lovely double clear and came 2nd but did qualify for the championships.

Well done to you all! It was a very long and hot day!!
